Driving Directions
FROM THE NORTHEAST
Take 490 East to the Victor exit (the last exit before the NYS Thruway.) Follow Rte. 96 South towards Victor to first traffic light. Make a right onto Main Street Fishers. (Chili's will be on your right and Denny's on your left, as you travel down this street). Follow this road for 2.5 miles at which point it will end. Make a left onto Mile Square Road and follow a winding road for 0.7 miles up to your first stop sign -- this is Rte. 251. Make a right -- the road will take you (0.5 miles) into the village of Mendon. At the flashing red light make another right. The Hospital is 100 feet on the right at Mill Road.
FROM THE EAST
Take NYS Thruway West to exit 45. Pick up Rte. 96 South and follow directions above.
FROM PITTSFORD
Take Rte. 64 South to Mendon. Hospital is on left at Mill Road 100 feet before flashing red light.
FROM NORTHWEST/ WEST
From 390 South take exit 11 for Rush. At traffic light turn left on Rte. 15 South. At next traffic light turn left on Rte. 251 East. Continue on 251 East through first traffic light (intersection of 251 & 15A.) Next major intersection is 251 & 65 and is a new roundabout. Proceed through the roundabout following signs for 251 East. In approximately 1.0 mile 251 East turns sharply to the right at the four-way stop. Stay on 251 East to Mendon. Turn left on Rte. 64 North at four-way stop with red flashing light. The Hospital is 100 feet on the right at Mill Road.
FROM THE SOUTH
Take 390 North to the Avon / Lima Exit. A right turn will put you on routes 5 & 20. Take this to Rte. 64 North. Continue approximately 8 miles to four-way stop with red flashing light (intersection of 251 & 64.) Continue on 64 North and the Hospital is 100 feet on your right at Mill Road.
